  • Bad subject, bad food, bad book...

    With full respect for author's initiative, childhood nostalgia and a stipulated culinary option served here but there is simply nothing she could possibly do to make it interesting and save the day. Speaking of CZ, I've spent some years there to appreciate very much Czech old towns, beer, women, cinematography, Skoda's under VW management,etc... I also tried hard to (re)search for this unforgettable authentic local culinary experience in restaurants and among families and friends and friends of a's mostly unforgettably bad. Spare for the respectable minority of Czechs already exposed to the external culinary world where they were able to bravely convert their childhood culinary memories into present impairments blocking them from enjoying and consuming a traditional Czech food today, ordinary Czechs just eat anything at home and in a restaurants and they dont seem to notice how bad it actually is... Sorry, but it isn't worth the effort to read this book! With so much good food available elswhere, just don't bother...
