Ebooks provide an excellent step forward in student led learning, which is particularly applicable to the IB syllabus. For IB Biology, which is so wide ranging, and requires a student to gain an in depth knowledge of the subject, ebooks are a major resource.

- search easily for particular words or topics, which is crucial in answering questions and background research for practical investigations,
