A couple of months ago, I saw some photos of delicious and creatively garnished breakfast on Instagram, and then I thought why don't I start making my own breakfast plan! Since I've always cherished the value of breakfast, I decided to make the plan deluxe. Originally, these photos I took were only stored in my laptop, but I thought sharing with others might be a very sweet idea. Not that I'm bragging about my cooking skills, but I really think I've truly devoted time and energy into these amazing food so that they are more or less of good value. I've considered the balance of nutritions and of flavours. None of them is difficult to prepare and a roughly estimated time for the preparation of each of them would be 30 minutes. Perhaps you would think: 'Oh, why bother? I can just grab a sandwich and get the nutritions needed for all day within 5 minutes'. BUT, research has shown that the nutritions provided by breakfast account for 60-70% of the amount needed for the entire day. Do you really think a sandwich has such a huge power? Ok, let's just wake up and be a cook specialising in breakfast. And trust me, with all the work, it's totally worth it.
